Wine Tourism

Looking for an unforgettable experience for you and your family? Want to reconnect with your childhood and feel the countryside like when you were a child? Or maybe you’re ready to discover it for the first time?

Because some places aren’t just visited. They are expeerienced.
And some experiences can’t be explained. They must be felt.

The first time you visit, you’ll notice it as soon as you step out of the car: the air smells different. It smells of countryside, thyme, and living soil. The wind rustles through the vines, and you can even hear the silence. Yes, silence that can be heard, and felt. You’ll hear the birdsong, from the ones that live here and those flying overhead. And then, the quiet breaks as you approach our door. Our noisy geese welcome you with cheerful honking, alerting us to your presence. That’s when you realize, this isn’t just a winery tour.

A visit to Casa Balaguer is not your typical guided tour. You won’t hear a memorized script or follow someone who barely knows the story. Here, it’s us, Marta and Andrés, who guide you. The same people who work the land, hands stained with soil and wine.

You’ll walk through the vineyards, meet our donkeys Carlota and Margarita, our goats Mireia and Brilli-Brilli, our hens, and of course, our geese. They’re not part of the decor. They’re part of the natural balance of this place and an active part of our organic, biodynamic farm, where everything has a purpose and nothing is left to chance.

As you walk, we’ll explain how we farm without herbicides or pesticides, and how even cosmic light influences the plants. We’ll tell you that beneath your feet lie soils millions of years old, gravel, marl, and sand, once shaped by an ancient river, and how all of that, yes, all of that, leaves its imprint on the wine.

You’ll visit the winery. A room with handmade clay amphorae, breathable concrete vats, and demijohns filled with light and wine. You’ll enter the Modernist house, with original 19th-century floors, a space full of energy, where every tile has a story.
