Casa Balaguer White

Casa Balaguer White and Red are the true reflection of everything we believe in. Combining our philosophy, beliefs, soils and grape varieties, these two wines are the purest representation of how we interpret mountain viticulture in the Mediterranean.

WINEMAKING:

Made from a blend of 5 of our most iconic local varieties each fermented individually with varying degrees of ageing and skin contact. The wine is then blended and rested for 3 months in small-batch concrete tanks before a light filtration and bottling according to the biodynamic calendar.

TASTING NOTE:

Pale straw yellow in colour. Stone fruit and citrus on the nose with hints of white jasmine.The palate is fresh and light, developing a balsamic character of fennel and eucalyptus. Medium bodied with a long finish the wine expresses a truly Mediterranean personality.
