Casa Balaguer Red

Casa Balaguer White and Red are the true reflection of everything we believe in. Combining our philosophy, beliefs, soils and grape varieties, these two wines are the purest representation of how we interpret mountain viticulture in the Mediterranean.

WINEMAKING:

Made from a blend of 5 of our most iconic local varieties each fermented individually with varying degrees of ageing and skin contact. The wine is then blended and rested for 3 months in small-batch concrete tanks before a light filtration and bottling according to the biodynamic calendar.

TASTING NOTE:

Bright cherry in colour. Vibrant red fruits on nose with strawberry and raspberry the protagonists over a subtle lavender and thyme character. Fresh and linear on the palate with notes of wild herbs. Medium finish.
